SHIPPING
Unless specified on your order, shipment will be made the best way (air, sea, rail freight, commercial truck, UPS, etc.). All domestic items are shipped fully insured. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We ship worldwide for most items. International shipping charges vary due to weight, size and destination. All customs and other country specific charges are the responsibility of the buyer. All items are shipped fully insured. Please call for International shipping quote: (630) 340-4887. Buyer may arrange shipping with their own carrier.

DAILY OPERATIONS: M-F 8am-5pm CST. Shipping timeframes do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Goods are not to be returned without written permission from Hayes Trading Co. Any goods returned without our permission will be refused at the dock. A 20% handling charge will apply on all returned goods (except for an error on your order), as well as a reconditioning charge, if required, as determined by the company. Freight charges for returned shipments shall be the responsibility of the customer.

PRIVACY POLICY: ALL information on our customers is absolutely confidential and may only be shared with our suppliers & manufacturers as necessary to process and ship your order. We do not sell or distribute names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses for any reason.

ILLINOIS SALES TAX: Orders within the state of Illinois are charged a 7.75% sales tax. HANDLING: There are NO additional handling charges added to your stated shipping cost. Your total cost is the price of your item plus the stated shipping charge for your item.

Orders under 70 lbs. will be sent by your choice of Ground or Air Express. Items over 70 lbs. will be sent via freight. Type of shipping and cost is detailed for you in checkout. All items are shipped fully insured.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY Orders usually ship the day of your order if payment is received before 1PM EST.

CONSUMER PRODUCT REFUNDS & RETURNS:

We accept returns 14 days following delivery of your order (20 days for international buyers).

Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition.

A copy of our original invoice and the Return Authorization number (provided by us) must be included, call (630) 340-4887 or email us at sales@hayestrading.com.

All returns must be shipped prepaid. However, if we made a mistake in your shipment we will pay the return postage.
